I'm getting an error message not enough space to install my session horns pro

Why am I getting this message that my install failed because of not enough space when I have plenty of space on my computer. I tried closing it signing out and restarted my computer several times and I keep getting insufficient disk space to download or install. I thing it is insane and unbelievable that I can't contact anyone from support with how expensive this software is

How much space do you have left on your drive?
Here is how you contact support: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014498698-How-to-contact-NI-Support

Until you can confirm these things:
- The Download location specified in Native Access
- The space available in that location
We cannot assist
Also know that Session Horns Pro will require 3 times the advertised space:
- 30GB for the initial download archive/ISO
- Another 30GB to expand/unpack the ISO
- Another 30 GB to actually place the files where ever you need them to go (Your content drive)
The first two items will be auto-cleaned up by the installer after a successful install.

Bearing in mind you're on a Mac you might be hitting the problem of purgeable space not being correctly accounted for. There's some info in the post here - https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001284225-Native-Access-Error-Message-Installation-has-been-prevented-You-do-not-have-enough-free-drive-space-to-install-the-products
You could also grab something like DaisyDisk which will show you where all your space is.

Check with Disk Utility to see if you have any snapshots that are taking up space.
You'll have to enable show snapshots first though if you haven't already.
You can also verify this by going to the terminal and typing du -H
If NA is complaining about disk space, more than likely you will see a difference in free space in the terminal compared to Disk Utility.

I’ve been getting this for a while , across different Mac OS , mainly its my external drives , but I’ve seen my main drive do it , it’s a pain
Anyway I had it the other day , so I went into disk utility, and added another partition (APFS) then I removed it , cant remember if I unmounted and remounted disk , but it solved the problem and the disk was now showing the correct size
Have noticed on occasion that plugging my time machine drive in sorts the main drive out .
