How do I d/l a lib to where I want?

If I click install, it just d/ls to my C drive, forcing me to move it and relocate it after. How do I choose the destination I want on another drive?

So, if I purchase lib A and want it in D:\ABC and purchase lib B and want it in D:\XYZ, I have to go to the settings and change the destination after I d/l lib A?

And then if a few days later, I purchase another lib that I want in a different folder, I first have to change the destination again?

That is correct.

Any reason it's not coded so that the EU can change it on the fly?

Once you've picked your destination folder, each install gets put into its own folder within that. It doesn't all end up in one folder.
