Native Access "Failed to Download" the daily struggle...

There's an underlying issue with Native Access, I don't know if it's because I am using an M3 mac and the max update is for M2 or what, but everytime I try to install something I get faield to download. No troublshout no reason, just a figure it on your own.

Sometime it magically works (I tried everything, private relay, updates, factory resetting) and then goes back to download issue.

I've bought hundreds of dollars worth of tools and instruments, and unfortunately months later I still cannot download them! No way to contact support either! I am sorry but it seems like other brands have their software and support figured out much better than yours. This is an issue that must be fixed now before you continue loosing fanbase and userbase.
