Two Feathers

Hello Friends!

In October, I purchased a Kontrol S61n and this is my very first post. My DAW is Cakewalk. I downloaded Native Access, ALBION ONE and OMNISPHERE. Everything was working great up (showing well on the keyboard) until last week when I began downloading other programs that were available.

Then, I got into trouble. My computer began crashing as I attempted to open files. However, there were no issues when I unplugged the keyboard.

And so, I deleted everything and started over.

Now, whenever I load the DAW files are opening. Albion One shows up on the keyboard. It'll stay when I press play. Then it disappears when I stop the transport.

Can someone explain what's happening and perhaps demonstrate the process to go back and start from scratch? This would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

what other programs you've downloaded that may caused the issue. If you start all over again, maybe don't install everything at once, install first just cakewalk and native instruments stuff, start Komplete kontrol and kontakt stand alone first and let them both create the database for all the instruments and stuff. If that all works maybe add other stuff one by one and try again. You could maybe also now just try komplete kontrol and kontakt stand alone first.

Thank you for your answer Uwe 103. Back in October, I had downloaded from Native Access a limited number of programs. Then, near the end of December, I supposed that I became ambitious downloading everything they had to offer. That's when files began crashing.

Now, I have everything working well and I can see Albion on my keyboard when a file is loaded. It disappears when I stop the transport in Cakewalk. However I can still access the sounds from the keyboard.

How do I setup KONTROL S61n as a stand alone?
