Empty Library bug in Maschine 2

Hi everyone. Just dowloaded and installed maschine 2, maschine 2 factory library and other NI plugins/instruments, but for some reasons nothing is showing up in the library of maschine 2. Although it looks like it scanned everything well. Im working on MacOS, and with no external hard drive.

Any tips to fix this problem? (already tried to reinstall maschine 2 and other plugins, and restart my system of course)

Thank you very much problem solved! As suggested by your previous question I updated my OS and could install maschine 3 which didn't show the same problem, thank you you saved me. Sometimes you don't think of the simplest solution…

can you please specify what exact os version?

Sure! I'm on MacOS Monterey 12.7.4. The version of maschine 2 I have installed is 2.18.4

Have you seen this article and tried to reset the database:
