how can I fix my native acces?? (mia.lib)

I cannot reinstall native acces, I also cant delete it manual or find where to fix this problem

been trying for few days here…

Run both installers as an Admin :

First download and install the Legacy installer from here

Then reboot computer

Translation of message:

"code execution cannot continue because mia.lib was not found. You may be able to resolve this problem by reinstalling the program"
