Can I get the license if I bought a controller from someone, but he doesn't contacted me?

So I bought a Komplete Kontrol A61 not so long ago but I realized that I don't have it licensed. I went to the app and tried to type it in from the back of the midi controller, but it said that it is activated on other account.

So I saw that on the website we can transfer licenses. I messaged him and he hasn't replied to me.

I have the original receipt that he left in the box if that helps whatsoever.

Please let me know what can I do.

NI first try to reach registered owner. And if he replies and agrees, there is no problem with transfer. If not, it may take longer....

It is always better to ask seller to provide the Transfer Code...

I tried asking him, texting him, he really doesn't want to reach back. Too much for him to disturb himself into just giving me the transfer code..

One has to ask beforehand, later, after the sale, it often does not work (sellers stop communication).... And also it may be possible that the seller bought it secondhand wihout the transfer, so that cannot provide transfer code at all...
