Why is the Komplete Kontrol plugin not working in Studio One 6 Professional

I imported the plugin into a Studio One track. However, when I click on an instrument in the plugin, I get this message - "Plugin not found. Please open the standalone app. or rescan manually in the plugin preferences" which I did; this did not solve the problem.

Any suggestions?

    What instrument are you trying to load. Do you have Kontakt installed?
