Super 8 showing as not purchased

Super 8 will show a message saying that I don't have the product. I go to NA to activate the serial number, it says that activation was successful but when I open it in my DAW still shows as not purchased. All the other products I have run without any problem. OS 15.2 (24C101), Logic 11.1.1.
