Website not working

Hello, Team!

I hope you’re all doing well.

I’ve been having a bit of trouble since the start of the winter sales that’s preventing me from accessing the best deals. Every time I try to click on a page or a product, I get this error message:
"Sorry, an error has occurred.
There was a problem loading this page. Please return to the homepage. If the issue persists, contact our support team. We apologize for the inconvenience."

Sometimes, by removing the /fr/ part from the URL, I can load the page, but as soon as I click another link or move to the next page, the error pops up again. This is really frustrating, and I feel like I’m missing out on all the winter sale deals. It’s such a shame!

I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for that to happen if I were you. But still I can try calling for @Matt_NI , could you please double check this apparent N.I. store issue for French customers ?

The site most likely works for most other people and it is far more likely that you have browser issue.

Functionality or lack of same could be a browser issue so please try another browser with no extensions and all cookies accepted (my suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi browser and Opera browser ,depending on what you do not usually use)

Otherwise then please do not use a VPN when using the shop and also there is some types of software that can cause disturbances. So also try a mobile unit. If all else fails then also test with a mobile unit from another network or another computer at a friends house to test.

I tried it on another browser and it does work, weird. I tried deleting coockies on google chrome but nothing changes :/ no big deal but I still miss out on a lot of good deals hahaha.

I didn't say it doesn't even work on microsoft edge. When I try on my phone there is no problem though.

That just means that there is a problem with either the browser itself (I doubt that) or a problem with settings , plugins , general installation , security settings or something else.

Hence the advice I gave and the suggested browsers were what I would expect that would work if having never been installed before on the computer and then used as is with no extensions and all cookies accepted.
