TRK-01 not working

Wondering how I resolve the issue of TRK-01 not working. The sample plays in Komplete Kontrol but when inputted the keyboard glitches out. Is anyone else having this issue?

Wondering if this is a compatibility issue as I am using a Mac Mini M1?

Do you drag and drop your sample like the manual told on page 47?

I solved it installing the basic NI plugins (battery, kontakt, reacktor...) there is a video about it. In a laptop you might not always install everything
