@Kymeia sorry I had to get to work.

So I deleted NTDeamon and Native Access, and redownloaded it, and installed….

    It still doesn't work.😔

Then I took your advice and opened Activity Monitor and doubled click on NTKDaemon then I got a popup, but not asking me anything. see photo

then I clicked on the small arrow on the upper right corner and I got this:

I have no idea of what it all means.

I also verified the Full disk Access:

    And my local network:

    I'm lost here. 😔

OK you did it the wrong way round. Deleting and reinstalling was meant to come after stopping the process in activity monitor and restarting it (see my screenshot and notes on how to use that). Try that at least. It seems to me you need some support from NI support though to look in more detail at your problem

@Kymeia no, I tried last night but no popup clike you mentioned did come up , then I deleted everything , rei-nstalled, and my issie didn't change . so I checked the Monitor Activity and unlike last night , I did get a popup, but not asking me to do anything.

    it's really exhausting

I was thinking about something, I use a VPN Nord, I need to check if it's launched automatic, but could it be the problem?

That's not a popup - it's a windows. The popup you need is like this:

Doing so allows ntkdaemon (or other services such as iLok) to interact with other devices on your local network. It seems to be essential for some NI services to work, I guess because they communicate with each other to ensure hardware is working, apps are authorised and uptodate etc

I believe Nord VPN has some issues on Sequoia (and it is another thing that should be added to the local network - if not it could also lead to NI installs being blocked)

@Kymeia Hi, I couldn't fix my issue. I contacted NI support and created a ticket.

do you know how long it takes for someone to get back to me?

I have another question, I have to travel abroad and leave tomorrow night for 10 days, I wasn't planning on bringing my computer but I could (I don't wanna miss the opportunity to try what solution they'll give me), but I won't be able to bring any KK keyboard with me or any anyways.

If I bring my computer , can I try to fix my issue without my keyboard plugged in or it won't work?

thank you for your precious time you spent trying to help me, I really appreciated it.
