You can achieve something like this by using a DAW with a midi track sending the midi messages that change the lock states at determined moments.

Like this you’ll have sequenced morphing

The only way is external, meaning with Maschine running as a Plug-In inside a DAW, It's basically this:

But instead of using "Scenes" just select "Locks" under "MIDI Change"

It's also possible with the standalone app by sending MIDI from the app to a DAW and back again, but then you will need a way to sync playback, either via MIDI Clock or Ableton Link so it's a bit more of a hassle.
