Kontrol S4 mk3 power issue!

My wife bought me the S4 mk3, I set it up last night for NYE and I kept getting the power dropping out for a second then come back, I've tried all the obvious things to no avail.

    Are you using a separate PSU or running it from the USB on your computer?

    From the power supply.

    Oh of course … sorry, I was thinking the S-series kbd, not the S-series Traktor controller! Really wish they'd called it a T4 :)

    Sounds like it might be a fault if you're using the supplied PSU and USB cable. What exactly happens? Do all the lights go out and it disconnects from the software then reconnects? Can you repeat it, and if possible try it on a different computer? What computer/OS are you using?
