Bug crashes Traktor Pro 4 using wav loops in track mode

The other day, I made a post about an issue I had while mixing live in a club using Traktor Pro 4 on my MacBook Pro M3 and the Traktor S4 Mk3. The software froze three times in less than two hours, cutting the music playback, which caused a major problem during my show because the music went off and the manager come to see what have happened.

I’ve run some tests and I believe I’ve identified the issue. I usually use decks 3 and 4 in track mode (not remix deck or stems) to play short loops of 16 or 32 bars to enhance the drops. When I accidentally deactivate the loop and then re-enable it, I get an error message saying the audio file is corrupted. It keeps working, but from that point on, it’s a gamble as to when the software will freeze again.

The loops are downloaded from Splice in WAV format at 16 or 24 bits, and they have no issues, so this has to be a bug in the software.

I've tried doing the same thing jut with the Mac without plugging in the S4 and there's no problem, I can manipulate the wav loops as hard as I can and there is no error message about file corruption so the issue must be within the S4 firmware I guess.

I hope this can be resolved because this is something that shouldn’t happen in professional software.
