Is this a bug: preset window not showing in some plugins inside of Maschine 3.0?

Hi,
Is anybody else experience this issue: preset options/ window not showing up in some plugins? So far this has affected my Arturia, IK Multimedia, and Safari Pedals plugins. I've tried both VST3 and Audio Unit versions. Same problem.

I'm have a 2021 MacBook Pro, with the M1 Pro chip, running on Sonoma 14.7.1. Is this a bug or something?

Yes, not just that, but also windows not viewing plugins correctly and the corner scaling dragger is missing from windows. There's a group of us having that issue. We have all put support tickets in, you should as well! I have book marked your thread to keep up with you until we work it out!

Which preset windows are missing - Maschine can access different kinds of presets through several menus so do you mean the plugin's own presets via it's own menu system, NKS presets (via the Maschine browser) or the dropdown preset lists that very few plugins show these days (this mainly worked with older VST2 presets but has never worked well for vST3 or AU plugins) ie

1) NKS presets

2) Plugin presets

3) Plugin menu presets

Yes, (image 3), and where you hover over the instrument name in the group/song container, and in the headers of the windows themselves. Something funky started happening with the windows about 2 weeks after the release of M3. It worked fine in the beginning and then just started acting up.

Sometimes the instruments won't load when you click the presets in the browser (image 1). You can change resolutions and get the VSTs to look somewhat decent sometimes, but the windows are still corrupted, without the dragging markers in the corners or edit features in the headers. It seems like there is string in the program that's not executing properly, which would explain why the error is happening cross-systems?! That would be the only explanation for the program to operate correctly at first install and then slowly start to show errors over time, imo.

I have a current support ticket and provided them with video, images, my original thread and threads of the other people experiencing the issue. NI is working on it! I have also been encouraging people experiencing the issue to make support tickets themselves, because the more data NI has, the easier it will be for them to troubleshoot the cause.

Ok tbh I struggled to find any plugins that drop-down works for even in Maschine 2 - all my plugins are VST3 / AU and it has never worked properly for the vast majority of those (although the OP referred to Arturia plugins but that particular menu does not work for those because they use a proprietary preset format which is why I asked as that would be normal behaviour for those)

However more generally, yeah there are definitely problems with plugin window rendering, I’ve reported a couple myself (on Sequoia here)

I have both Maschine 2 and 3.0 running on my computer. I ran the tests and I can say with confidence that, since about a week ago, I started notice this issue with Maschine 3.0. All is fine on Maschine 2.
