Can you manually customize tempo in Kontakt Session Percussionist?

I recently watched the walkthrough video for Session Percussionist and they seemed to manually change tempo effortlessly. I was wondering if there was a way I could do the same, without it being automatically selected for me

    If you select View→Classic View you will see the BPM at the top of the page which you can change however you want if you're working in standalone mode. Otherwise it coordinates with the BPM designated in your DAW.
