Analog Dreams can't install cause analog dreams is not installed? Missing Samples.

Hello, can somebody explain to me what is going on with Native instruments software?

Months ago I started to have problems, in particular with Cloud Supply that never got fixed..missing samples.

Tried all the steps; delete registry keys , reinstall etc no luck

Now what I have feared has happened, I am getting problems with Analog Dreams, Electric sunburst, ethereal realm and glaze. The programs disappeared from Kontakt. I reinstalled them but when I attempt to reinstall Analog Dreams I get this confusing message; "Analog Dreams cannot be installed because Analog Dreams has not been installed on this computer"

Wth and why does Native Instruments force update of Native Access if it causes problems with old programs?? I am using Native Access 3.1.6 which it had updated automatically to from an earlier version. Kontakt ver is 6.8.

I hate I purchased the programs as they are buggy and have ruined projects. :{
