Komplete Kontrol S25 Mk1 won't browse or navigate

Whether in Komplete Kontrol app or plugin in (any) DAW the Navigate section is dead. Keyboard, transpose & transport section are fine. If I use up/down arrows on Navigate, the transport lights go out - appears to be in MIDI mode - Shift Instance turns the transport lights back on.
This used to work, then I installed a controller script for Bitwig which screwed it (all lights permanently orange). Uninstalled that and it's back to normal apart from Navigate section broken.
I have tried uninstalling every component and re-installing multiple times.
