I'm just here attempting to contact support regarding a license transfer that has been pending for nearly a week now. When contacting support via the
I received a very unsatisfactory response that simply reiterated that, in the worst case scenario, license transfers can take "even up to 48 hours". Well, barring Christmas and potential office closures (which has not been communicated, and should have been), we are now on the 3rd weekday with no ability to address the issue.
