I'm trying to get Komplete 15 standard and when I use the voucher code HOLIDAY24-USD it says its invalid. Whats wrong?
E-Vouchers cannot be used on products that are already discounted.
BTW I used a 10% off voucher on this already discounted item so it looks like they just make up their own rules
I also cannot use the voucher. Says it has already been used but wasn't applied to any recent purchases. Made a ticket with support a week ago and still no response.
