I am trying to contact Technical Support and cannot find any option or link. Any ideas ?

    Looks like opening a ticket and hoping for someone to notice it is the best we have. Personally, I'm waiting on a product activation for like a week straight. No real answer from the CS, of course.

    You have to go through the chatbot. Login into your account on the NI site and go here - https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us. After you've clicked the section you need you'll eventually get the chatbot on the bottom right of the page.

    Unfortunately support will be delayed at the moment due to the Xmas holidays and the ticket volume from the current sales.

    I think most NI folks are checking in occasionally, but not doing any real work until after Jan 6th.

    That's kind of what happened last year too.

    NI support has Christmass all year round and all year round excuse :-(
    Support sucks and in my recent 10years experience was never satisified or on time. NOw it got worse, cayse they do not even answer and I see no support Form anymore. Thie company is really going in the wrong direction.

    Or, like so many other things in NI, did they remove it, leaving the solutions to the users of the community themselves?
