Traktor Kontrol Z2 - Humming sound on phono channel in thru mode

Hi,
unfortunately I have a problem with my Traktor Z2 mixer and I hope to get help here.

I have a Technics 1210 connected to the phono channel and as soon as I switch to thru mode to play real vinyl, I get an unpleasant humming sound on the speakers.

I have already carried out various tests to find out the cause and it is obviously the Z2 mixer.
The turntable is not defective, it works with another mixer without any problems.
The humming sound is also the same on both PH channels on the mixer, in thru mode, so it can be ruled out that one of the two channels is defective in some way.
Maybe I have connected something wrong, the mixer is defective or there are some settings wrong?
The humming sound is also there when I don't have Traktor Pro 3 software open (I don't need the software to play normal vinyl).

Many thanks in advance for your help.
I hope to be able to solve the problem with your help so that I can continue to use the Z2.

Best wishes
Martin

I don't own both of your equipment but doing a browse on the Internet, it seems that you need to connect the Phono Earth Lead cable from your 1210 to the appropriate channel on the Z1 Ground Connectors to eliminate the ground loop issue.

However, if you have already done that, I have no other suggestion to make.

    Happy Holidays!

    Hi,
thanks for your effort and your answer.
The Earth Lead cable was connected properly, thats not the problem and a described, the turntable works fine with a different Mixer.

Happy Holidays to you as well.
