Purchased 8Dio library now I get Kontakt Error Message: "NOT ACTIVATED" / "FULL KONTAKT REQUIRED"
Hi all,
Via the NI promotion I got introduced to 8Dio and purchased some instruments via their own website, (so not the bundle from the promotion, I use EW for that). Installed the 8Dio libraries but now I get this Kontakt Error Message: "NOT ACTIVATED" / "FULL KONTAKT REQUIRED". But - as far as I know - I have "Full Kontakt" via my monthly (360 essential) subscription plan.
Any ideas what to do?

Instruments sold on 8dio website are NOT Kontakt Player instruments, you WILL need the full version of Kontakt to use any of them without being in DEMO mode.
NI 360 Essentials plan only includes Kontakt Player, not full Kontakt. Full Kontakt is only included in Pro tier.

Would love to see a screencap of the error (and the Kontakt UI) when you load an 8Dio library.
