Massive X - Missing Presets

Hi All!

I just installed Massive X on my mac (running Sequoia as today was the first day it was announced compatible). While the plugin itself installed, I can't seem to get the presets to load. I've done everything within this article (https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013992417-My-Massive-X-Browser-is-Missing-Presets), but still have no luck. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

What DAW are you using to load Massive X? Did you install the Massive X Factory Library? Where did you install it? System drive? External hard drive?

Did you give full disk access to it? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

On Sequoia, a few more steps might be necessary:

Hi Jeremy - thanks for your response. I didn’t realize the factory library was a separate download. I’ve since downloaded it and everything is working perfectly. I’ll also keep those other pieces in mind with that article you shared, as I will need to install my remaining Komplete products once they’re compatible with Sequoia.
