Maschine 3 too dark

Hello,
I had no choice but to migrate to Maschine 3 (macOS Sequoia is not compatible with version 2).

I have a problem with this new completely black interface. I can't work for more than 20 minutes without having sore eyes (the contrast is too marked between the black background and the white of the text). When I look up from the screen, it's as if the text was impregnated in the eye.

Maschine 2 had lighter tones, gray gradients, which would make everything more coherent and especially less hard on the eyes. I am a programmer, I work 8 hours a day minimum behind lines of code and I find this fashion of full-dark UI annoying ...
Is there a way to modify the interface (a light mode perhaps)? Or to install a different patch/template?

I'm ready to downgrade to macOS14 & Maschine 2, if not.

I've not found a way to change it, and the colour scheme has been commented on frequently! Might be worth adding your thoughts to the end of this thread -
