Hello, good morning.

I use a win11 PC with AMD Rizen 9 and 64GB of memory and a 2TB SD.

A few months ago I bought Native Maschine Mikro MK3 with several extensions everything was going very well then I installed Komplete Kontrol with Kontakt 8 and everything was going well

then I updated to Maschine 3 and a few days later Kontact 8 did not open. I reinstalled Kontact 8 no change, uninstall and I reinstalled Kontakt 8 again, nothing, I uninstalled and reinstalled all the programs again and nothing, a message came up SMALL WINDOW WITH RED LETTERS : The instruction at 0x00007FF9c24a3fba referenced memory at 0x0000000000000024 The memory could not be written

Hello, one more thing, I use Cubase 14 pro and all the native instruments work correctly in Cubase as well as Kontakt 8. It is in stand-alone modus that Kontakt 8 does not open, all the rest of Native works fine.

Alas it appears as if that kind of crash can happen for a number of reasons of which some are not so easy to fix. Could also happen because of e.g. driver problems. One ought also check in error pop up which program it says caused the error (double check if it says Kontakt)
