Problems importing presets

hello. I am new here, and new user of GR7…I am trying to import any preset and it does not work…no error message. Do you guys have any hint for me? Am I missing something? I have the free version of GR7

    The free version of Guitar RIg 7 does not allow to import presets, you only have a limited set of presets, that's the limitation of this free product.

    thank you! I thought I was doing something wrong…though an error message would have been nice :)
