Sudden crackling sound - Piano VST
Hello dear community !
When I'm playing on my RD-88 piano, I use "The Grandeur piano" VST with Kontakt 7/8. I have it connected between my computer and my piano via the USB-B output to USB A. On the other hand, I have connected my computer via USB, for the sound output, to a sound card (Scarlett Solo 2nd gen), which is also connected to the audio input of the piano.
Hence, it allows me to have the sound of the VST directly on my piano without any disturbing delay.
Nonetheless, sometimes, while I'm playing, I have a sudden brutal crackling sound which gives me a heart attack : the sound I'm playing becomes "electric", discordant.
The only way I have currently to get rid of this is to unplug and reconnect the sound card, to quit and then launch Kontakt 7/8 as well as the VST, but it's very annoying in concert.
Do you have any ideas or ways to reduce/get rid of this disturbing problem ?
Thanks in advance😊
