TP3 stuck IN DEMO MODE

I upgraded from TP 2 TO TP 3 but after purchase its still not allowing me to come out of demo mode please help

    Can you see your license in your account?

    Can you see tp3 in native access?

    If both questions are answered with yes, I would delete the demo and then reinstall it to be on the safe side!
