Massive x load on "KOMPLETE CONTROL" in cubase doesn't allow to write with pc keyboards

in Massive X & Synths

if i use Cubase and load komplete control and inside load massive x ,it doesn't allow to write with my Pc keyboards,for example for search preset or save
