    There is definitely more important things in the world than a need for a Leap expansion. But I agree with all longterm customers, felt happy about a mail with an offer of 2 expansions + one more free to choose and a voucher to buy a little. To realise after two days trying, that it's not working because you aren't a "new" customer (nowhere written down, like you see in the picture) and you can't use the voucher, cause you are a longterm customer with already random discounts…. It's not the "thanks to stay with us for years"-feeling. Also have K14Ultimate and so I will stay with maschine 2 and Kontakt 7… Nerver change a buggy system ;) Anyhow, happy holidays to all the community 🎅🎶🎛️

    I chose Progressive Trance… but Oops - I can't use it because I only have Kontakt 7. 😕
    (and my computer is too OLD to upgrade! LOL) 🤪

    Added Progressive Trance to cart and applied voucher LEAP, but it says "coupon code is not valid". Tried HOLIDAY24-USD for $25 off Kontakt 8, Komplete 15 standard, and Maschine 3. Same problem, "coupon code is not valid". I have still been unable to spend my vouchers received from buying Machine + also. I picked a Maschine expansion and put in my voucher code and it is not accepted. Anyone else having these issues? Never had to try so hard to get a company to take my money.

    I'm not taking on anymore sample libraries. I did download the Funk one for free and then needed to download the Kontakt 8 player to play it. It sound fun. I don't think I'd use any of it in my productions though.

    I don't think I'll ever be in the market to buy yet another sampler. Or buy anymore sample libraries from anyone anywhere for any reason at all. But who knows.

    Did you try picking a different payment method? If so, what happened? I believe I had this happen once and by picking credit card, it figured out there was no actual cost involved and skipped the actual payment process.

    I picked the 80s New Wave and am very much looking forward to it!

    Because I have 'Collector's Edition' I don't rush to my computer when I hear 'free Gift' because odds on that I already have it. I don't have Lo-Fi Vibes though and it doesn't appear in Native Access anywhere. Adding Komplete Start to my account (which contains Lo-Fi Vibes apparently) does nothing.

    "Lo-Fi Vibes" is - unlike all the other Leap expansions - part of the Kontakt 8 installation. It won't show up as a separate entry in Native Access. If you install Kontakt 8 (Player or full), you will find/see it in there.

    Komplete Start is also free. I understand NI hasn't made it straightforward to claim the free product by requiring you acquire another free product. But no-one is asking you to pay.

    In my and others case its fact, you wont be able to claim a free product if you already bought an older version. Less wasting time not to try claim a holiday gift by NI… Thought about updating Maschine with voucher, I'm fine with not explore new features of Kontakt 8 and do music instead. ;)

    This seems to be normal from my experience. I get emails for vouchers but nothing works. It’s been that way for ages.

    Yep, I'm another one that "just bought Kontakt 8 and it already has these two Leap Expansions." Enjoying/still learning them. Will there be an option for one of future ones soon?
