Does Kontakt 8 include the functionality of Kontakt Player?

Just bought KOMPLETE Standard, and don't want to needlessly use up system resources by Installing two apps instead of one that may cover both jobs.

They are the same app. One is full and the other is not.

Note: Player and Full cannot co-exist. It’s one or the other. But if you have Komplete Standard - you need to run Full

Kontakt (Full) and Kontakt Player are one and the same app—it's the serial number that dictates whether the app runs in Full mode or Player mode (and also tells Native Access to display as Kontakt or Kontakt Player name in its browser).
