I'm trying to update all the native access software on my mac 2019. I've sent email after email after email to tech support and the problem has not been resolved. Is there human that could help me get my software updated?

From the screenshot, Native Access is asking for your macOS admin user account password, not your Native ID credentials, so that Native Access can write changes to the system-protected areas of your Mac computer boot disk.
By the way, there is no longer NI tech support number for quite a while. You need to visit NI Support page and click the appropriate links to open a support ticket—visit the first page of this NI Discussion Forum where a post is dedicated on how to obtain chat (during NI operation hours) or email support.
