    Yes. Here is more of the explanation.

    A couple of days ago, I purchased and downloaded Noire, Session Upright, and Electric Keys. Everything functioned flawlessly in for one day on my MacBook Pro after it was downloaded. This morning, when I sat down to again use Kontakt Player, there was no usable sound output. The sound was very, very faint. None of Kontakt Player's settings that increased sound output the day before would increase sound output today. At the same time, all other aspects related to sound output from other applications on the MacBook are still perfectly functional with normal sound output. Also, the two keyboards with midi connectivity that initially functioned well with Kontakt Player after I finished the downloads of the instruments still function well today. Here is why I believe this to be so. The keyboard at the bottom of the screen in Kontakt Player still shows that the keys in blue tint on both keyboards are being pressed down when I press the keys down.

    if you use other instrument plugins is the audio fine? Does Everything else in the daw works normally? Can you share screenshots of your kontakt?

    Did you happen to check to see if the active audio driver in your MacBook happened to change between yesterday and today? Or did it change in your Kontakt configuration?

    Yes. Nothing changed between yesterday in the MacBook. I viewed "Preferences
    in Kontakt and nothing appeared to change.

    Yes, I used another audio plugin and the audio is fine.

    I do not have a DAW. I am using the stand alone version of Kontakt.

    Yes, I would gladly share screenshots of my Kontakt. What screens would you like to receive?

    oh ok.. so it is the stand alone version, uhm.. maybe just load a library and share the main screen.

    I will just compare it to mine and check if I can see anything different.
