How to get a NI response from a support request?
I have over the past two months been waiting for a response to a support request to no avail. With no response from support with the exception of making the issue resolved (Sascha). Is there another method to ping support to look into the issue that I have requested?

Really sorry about this, this is not how it should be. I'm not sure why this happened in your case, I've pinged my colleagues regarding this issue, they should get back to you as soon as possible. We'll keep an eye on this.
