Battery 3 not appearing in Native Access

I have a fully legit copy of Battery 3 that I use regularly. Unfortunately even though I have entered my serial number in Native Access it does not appear there as an item that I can install and thus I can no longer use it in my DAW.

Can anyone help? I have tried all the things listed on the 'help' pages in the NI site but nothing makes any difference at all.

Hey @Bodster Battery 3 is a legacy product, it will not show in Native Access to download, it can only activate the legacy product once installed.

You can find the installer here: Where Can I Download the BATTERY 3 Installer?

Once installed, open Native Access, make sure you enabled legacy products as Sunborn suggested and you should be good to go.

Go to Native Access Preferences and activate the 'show legacy option' (Show Discontinued products)

Hey @Bodster Battery 3 is a legacy product, it will not show in Native Access to download, it can only activate the legacy product once installed.

Thanks, I will try re-installing Battery 3, however it is already installed and my DAW sees it - it just doesn't see Battery 3 as being activated.

When I click on 'Activate' I get a message saying 'service center not found'.

When I use Native Access and switch on 'legacy products' it makes no difference - Battery is not there.

How can I gain access to my copy of Battery?
