Filed a warranty claim for an s4 mk3 that cost me 850 euros and broke down with no apparent reason. Not a single response so at this point I am confident they DELIBERATELY ignore tickets, which is utterly disgusting for a company this size. Taking our money they'll do happily but providing the service they promise is apparently too much.
And seeing the overall ratings at trustpilot (currently 1.4/5 with only one-star reviews for the past half year), it seems this company has thoroughly gone to ***. No reason to ignore warranty claims though. I WILL take legal action if they do not fulfill their duty as per their warranty terms and conditions.
