Registration Failed on brand new Maschine +
Support was unable to help and said they would escalate. It is more than frustrating to buy a new expensive product that refuses to allow you to use it until you register it. And it is worse when the process to register it is broken. And it tells you to contact support but gives you no guidance of how to do that. An then to talk to your useless AI to finally get it to send you to an agent with no idea how long that might take or if this is even ever going to connect

They told me too bad as the team was done for the day and not back till Monday. I guess you can sell deceives to North America without considering the needs of North America.
I was told I'd get an email, and then she disappeared from the chat. I have no email and I have a new device I can't use.

Power it off, then power it back on when it prompts you to log in. That did it for me.

Have a patient for Human support. I have the best expirience with NI support.

Definitely try that, it was happening to me. Before support I would try everything I could because support will need as much information as you can give them. I agree with you.

And offcourse you check the email you got from NI and support Team.
If you didn't get it then check Spam folder in your mail.
