Any Way of getting a cheaper Update from MPS 4.1 to MPS 5 via NI?

Hi,

I'd Like to know If there is any Way to Update from the Komplete 13u CE+MPS4.1 to MPS5? I know there is an Option to get a "new" MPS5 Crossgrade. But I don't Need another Music Production Suite. Any possibility of an Update?
