Guitar Rig 7 Pro - all presets missing

Just loaded up GR7 having purchased it a week or so ago (first chance I've had to play with it) and literally no presets are showing, as shown below.

I've tried reinstalling, but no luck. Never had this issue with GR5!

Can anyone help please?

Be sure you start it in standalone mode first.

And if that is what you are showing in the screencap - head into File→Preferences→Library→Scan
