Komplete Kontrol not playing roland Cloud instruments in Logic Pro

Komplete Kontrol will play instruments from Roland Cloud when in stand-alone mode but not in Logic Pro. I am a blind user and it keeps telling me a dialogue has opened up in the software but I have no idea how to read the dialogue. I am fairly new to Mac.

Komplete Kontrol also randomly crashes when browsing Roland Cloud content. Not sure if the two are related.

Hoping someone here can help me. I am running the latest KK software with the latest version of Logic Pro.

Hello @OrangeGoose I am trying to get a licence of Roland Cloud to try and reproduce the issue. It might take a while.

Maybe we can check a few things:

Do Komplete Kontrol, Roland Cloud and Logic all have full disk access? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

Does Roland Cloud has a standalone application? Does everything work as expected there?
