Berlin Series Strings Kontakt 7 Version crashing in logic unless opened as Rosetta mode

Hello, after last Sequoia mac update, I'm having problems with Berlin Series Instruments on Kontakt 7, if i would open a project i already worked on with bigger Berlin instruments, like I. violins - multi articulations, it would crash and close Logic. For some reason, sometimes when I open it few times again it works just fine. I noticed that those same projects work fine when opening with Rosetta mode but I'm curios why I cant use it in Native mode? Im new to Mac systems so can someone also tell me is Rosetta slower then Native or is it ok to work in that mode? I also noticed in Native Access that last update for Kontakt Version of Berlin Series was in 2019. :(

Mac I'm using is Mac Studio M2 Max

Thanks for your help everyone!

Have you tried to open the library in Kontakt in standalone? Does it also crash there? Have you tried the last Kontakt 7.10.7 update? Kontakt 8 Player?

Yes I tried everything and works just fine, I also updated kontakt 7.

If the projects were started on an Intel mac, you'll always need to open the projects in Rosetta mode. Can you reproduce this issue on a new Logic project (in non Rosetta)?

This is a new project I started recently, I have never used Intel Mac. Starting new project in Native mode with same Instruments works fine but then also crashes after reopening same project. So same problem always happens.

Do Logic and Kontakt have full disk access?

Yes. I believe its Orchestral Tools problem because all other NI instruments i got with KOMPLETE 14 work perfectly fine, only Berlin Strings are causing the problem so I'll contact them. Running in Rosetta seems to solve this so i will continue to work that way. Thank you for your help and your time.
