    Ref. : Quote : END USER LICENSE AGREEMENTΒ , section :Β 3.3

3.3 Licensee may install and personally use the licensed software on three devices (e.g. one computer, one laptop, one workstation), provided that the said software is used only on one device regularly. Simultaneous use on more than one hardware device is not permitted. The Products may not be used on a network by multiple users, unless each user possesses a license. In case Licensee changes the hardware, all software on the hardware used must be deleted.

    Install

You should be able to click the three little dots right to the install options and there select Locate ,reference : Reinstalling a Komplete Bundle Without Re-Downloading Kontakt Libraries

    Move / copy

Moving a Native Instruments Product to Another Location on Your Computer

Using the Repair / Relocate All Function in Native Access

Yes, of course you are allowed to re-install, and with a N.I. online Community with over 40,000 active users (Ref. 1) and with N.I. hardware and software being used by more than 1.5 million creators every month (Ref. 2) then of course such things happens in between.

    Thank you Poor Fellow
It's just that it's quite unsettling to buy software without having physical support and being forced to use Native Access and the Cloud to retrieve it. Back in the day, we had installation CDs or DVDs. I need to adapt to the modern world.πŸ˜€
I will try now to install some instruments and Kontakt and see if it works properly.

    You are very welcome .

I understand , anyone who has ever been in a situation where their hardware or software were orphaned by maker ceasing to exist will understand you. But that is how it is these days, most things either require a client to download or at least require on-line activation.

I will try now to install some instruments and Kontakt and see if it works properly.

Hopefully it will work , but if you should experience problems then open a new forum thread on the issue or contact support right away : N.I. Native Access and Installation Support , other support.
