Missing Guitar Rig 6 presets, again...

Hi, spent hours on this, and still stuck. Please, can you help me find the missing rack presets.

• I have reinstalled the whole app several times
• I have checked in the common files/native instruments/guitar rig/rack presets AND the documents/guitar rig/rack presets and see over a thousand .ngrr presets there, but I only have 51 showing in GR6
• I have scanned, reset and imported GR5 presets multiple times
• the filters (which I find unintuitive) have been set to off

He comprado Guitar Rig 7 y al usarlo por la cuarta vez, vi que todos los presets se habian borrado. Seguí el consejo de escanear for New Presets y luego tambien se borraron todos los Components.
