I just purchased a mikro mk3 Installed Native access and add the serial number. 8 items pop up in the library, none of them is machine 2. Someone knows what I can do?
I just did this too - registered my serial number but no Maschine software appears in Native Access. So the unit is totally useless.
I've submitted a help ticket with NI but got an email saying "We are sorry but we can't assign a person to your ticket." I don't know what that means. I've asked around here but nothing.
On the the r/Maschine subReddit there are at least 4 other people with the same exact problem.

Maschine 2 is deprecated now. Maschine 3 is the current software. For Native Access to display legacy/discontinued software, you have to enable that option in the settings.
There have also been a few issues with Maschine 3 not being made available to some purchasers of new units. You'll need to contact support and liaise with them.
