what's your screen resolution?
That window pops up to let you choose your audio interface at first load. OK/Cancel is at the bottom but being covered by your task bar. Move the window up. If you can't; then hide your task bar or change your resolution.
This is actually a pretty common question; though normally from people using very weak laptops with low resolution (i.e. old school netbooks)

lol. I assumed you don't actually have that issue since you're taking a picture of an external monitor. It really just looks like you need to drag the window up. But if you're stuck with 1366x768 resolution or something then hiding the taskbar might give you just enough room to click ok.

That was the "problem"? Your screen was too small and you couldn't see the "Close" button? ๐ ๐๐คช
Anyway, @darkwaves gave you a good tip, one that you will find useful many times on many cases,
but, in this case i can give you an event easier solution:Click the "Esc" button in your keyboard! ๐

EDIT: I just saw your monitor againโฆ. dude, you must change your screen resolution to at least 1920x1080, or to whatever resolution your Windows tagged as "Recommended"!

I doesn't make any sense as you described it, please make a screen shot of what you see and post it.
Most probably, it asks you the obvious: To select your default Audio device and driver and your Midi inputs and outputsโฆ

I will try to post the picture but if you know what the preference page looks like โ and Iโm sure you doโ, then thatโs all that will load after Maschine runs its scans.. My audio device and midi instruments be listed just as I put them. Thanks for your response and I will try to load a picture of it

Yep Sunborn, that was the problem and have been the problem for weeks.. Now here you go with the Esc button trick! ๐๐ Guys remember, Iโm new to the neighborhood, be nice to your neighbor and try not to laugh at them (me) for not using the simplest solution that was right in front of me the whole time. I never really had a problem at all did I??๐๐ Wow we man.

Oh yeah, and I changed the resolution ASAP! I glued it down so that no changes can be made
