Disable latch layer mappimng xone k2

I have a Xone k2 mapped with layers (for all fader and encoder buttons). I use it in traktor, and I generally use the mapping to the green layer 3, in case I want to disable the latching layers? What happens? Do I lose all the mapping? True? Should I redo everything?

Thanks

You will lose all layer functions except for the RED layer functions. You can change the mapping by reassigning the controls using the LEARN function or reducing all green MIDI keys by 6 semitones (for example, from D#8 down to D#2) and all ORANGE MIDI keys by 3 semitones.

You can leave all LED OUT assignments the same, keeping the GREEN LEDs.

If this button is lit (active), press any button or move any knob/fader and you will set the CC/Note value of the control.

Cool. It's a lot of work, i am sure, but if you don't use any layer function, all three colours are available as LED output. They are all 3 semitones apart. If you use learn for an LED OUT assignment, you get the code for RED, ORANGE is +3 and GREEN is +6 from RED.
