Hey guys,

I upgraded from a AKAI professional to a NI Kontrol S49 mk3.

I'm using Studio One 7 pro and I have an issue that it mutes my track while playing with Kontakt8.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the keyboard in the DAW but it keeps muting my tracks…

Anyone had this issue before.

I am having the same issue with the NI Kontrol s61 mk3 and studio pro 7. I cannot find any information on it anywhere. The keyboard is useless under these conditions. Ughhhhh……

Hey Robert - contact presonus support. They helped me and knew exactly what to do. Problem is solved.
