Download through Native Access repeatedly fails

Bought a new sample library. Download gets down to the last one minute and then says download failed. I followed all the steps from the chat bot Support. None of it helped. I have been unable to contact a real person. All I get is the chat bot. How can I get some help with this? Thank you.
